From first contact with Adam, a phone call from him less than quarter of an hour after contacting through his web site, he was friendly, honest and helpful. After speaking about the car we were interested in, on a Tuesday, we decided it was definitely worth seeing. But we were over 80 miles away and not able to get there until the weekend, by which time it would more than likely have been sold. However, for a refundable £200 Adam would hold the car until we were able to see it. Once we saw the car, we were right, it was exactly as Adam had described it and what we wanted. I had done a check on the MOT and knew the advisories. Without having to bring them up myself, Adam let us know that all of them had been sorted. The price of the car was not negotiable, but I had done enough research to know it was a good price, as Autotrader stated. Once we had decided to have the car Adam was able to assist in sorting road tax and temporary drive away insurance cover. At no stage did we feel under any pressure to buy the car. Couldn’t recommend Adam and GL Automotive highly enough. From first viewing the BMW X3 to driving it away, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I’m quite thorough when buying a car and probably asked more questions than most, but Adam was incredibly patient and transparent throughout. He provided the full service history and warranty paperwork, contacted BMW directly to confirm previous work, arranged a fresh MOT and went out of his way to help when there were a few complications with the finance company.

What impressed me most was that he genuinely seemed more interested in looking after me than squeezing every penny out of the sale. He gave me honest advice about selling my old car, advised me against spending money unnecessarily on additional warranty cover, and even stepped in when the finance company tried to charge me more than we’d originally agreed.

Even after the sale he was still answering my messages and helping me figure out how to remove the roof box

The X3 itself is absolutely class and exactly as described. Adam is a genuinely decent, trustworthy guy and made the whole experience feel incredibly easy.

This company helped me in regard to the sale of my aunt’s car . They were prompt , technically competent and also understanding of my aunt’s health . It is rare in this day and age to meet such integrity and professionalism . From my perspective I would have this company at the top of my list  for any sales or purchase of vehicles .They showed excellence in their dealings and moreover monies due were received within a minute of agreeing the sale .
