⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Couldn’t recommend Adam and GL Automotive highly enough. From first viewing the BMW X3 to driving it away, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m quite thorough when buying a car and probably asked more questions than most, but Adam was incredibly patient and transparent throughout. He provided the full service history and warranty paperwork, contacted BMW directly to confirm previous work, arranged a fresh MOT and went out of his way to help when there were a few complications with the finance company. What impressed me most was that he genuinely seemed more interested in looking after me than squeezing every penny out of the sale. He gave me honest advice about selling my old car, advised me against spending money unnecessarily on additional warranty cover, and even stepped in when the finance company tried to charge me more than we’d originally agreed. Even after the sale he was still answering my messages and helping me figure out how to remove the roof box The X3 itself is absolutely class and exactly as described. Adam is a genuinely decent, trustworthy guy and made the whole experience feel incredibly easy. This company helped me in regard to the sale of my aunt’s car . They were prompt , technically competent and also understanding of my aunt’s health . It is rare in this day and age to meet such integrity and professionalism . From my perspective I would have this company at the top of my list  for any sales or purchase of vehicles .They showed excellence in their dealings and moreover monies due were received within a minute of agreeing the sale . Great communication by Adam who responded to all my queries and was not pushy. He seems particular about the cars he sells.The hyundai i10 we bought was an older car with very low mileage and was well looked after. The price was considered ‘low’ by autotrader so we didn’t get discount, but after research, it was clear it was a great price anyway. He did ensure we had a Bluetooth device added.
